Purpose:
To provide hassle-free finance for purchase of brand new durable utility articles, home appliances such as LED/ SMART TV, Refrigerators, Smart Phones, Washing Machines, Micro-Wave (Oven),Air Conditioners, Geysers, Water R.O/Water Filter, Inverter, Gensets, Computers/ Laptops, Furniture Fixture or any other article/ items of Consumer Durable Goods.
Eligibility:
a) All individuals (including professionals, businessmen & salaried class);
b) Permanent Employees of State/ Central Government, Government/ Semi-Government Undertakings & Autonomous Bodies drawing salary from our Bank/ Sponsor Bank;
c) Customers already availing seasoned credit facilities (aged more than 2 years) with no past dues during the currency of the loan;
d) “Pensioners, drawing their monthly pension from our Bank or other Banks whose spouse is alive and is eligible for family pension. The spouse shall stand as guarantor.”
e) Minimum employment: The applicant must have been in current employment for a period not less than one year OR must have a business standing of atleast 2 years;
f) Minimum Net Annual Income of Rs.1.00 lakh.
Age
a) Minimum age of borrower shall be 21 years.
b) Maximum age of the applicant at loan maturity: One month before the date of retirement in case of salaried individuals & 65 years for others.
Quantum of Finance:
a) Maximum Finance: 75% of the invoice value OR 12 months gross salary/ income OR Rs.1,00,000/-((Rs.2,00,000/= for Gen Sets only)), whichever is less.
b) Gross deductions including loan EMI (existing as well as proposed) should not exceed 60% of his gross salary/ pension/ income.

• Hypothecation of the articles purchased out of the Bank loan.
• Guarantee of one person acceptable to the Bank.
Processing Charges:
0.50% of the Loan Amount
