Hoisting Of Flag
To mark the nation's 75 years of Independence, J&K Grameen Bank today celebrated Independence Day at its Head Office located at Narwal Jammu with full zeal, enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The event commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Chairman Sh. Sanjay Gupta followed by the singing of the National Anthem. General Manager Sh. Suresh Chander Sharma, Chief of Al&VD Sh. Shiv Dev Singh, Assistant General Manager Sh. Hardev Singh Chib, Head of the Departments and other officials of the Bank were also present during the event celebration.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Sh. Sanjay Gupta extended heartfelt greetings to everyone and offered tributes to the brave hearts who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
He added that as an organization we are extremely humbled and proud to be able to contribute and be a part of nationwide Independence Day celebrations. This day has a special significance as it marks the 75 years of India's independence. As the nation is celebrating "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav", Chairman pledged that bank will leave no stone unturned to serve last man in the remotest corner to realize true meaning of Independence.
He further added that as a nation we have come a long way and as a rapidly growing organization we must work hard and strive together to contribute to our highest potential so that together we can build a nation that is filled with peace, love, happiness, and prosperity and the nation our future generations can be proud of.
